Creation Group is hiring a Warehouse Operative in the United Kingdom. You will report to the Warehouse & Logistics Manager and work both solo and as part of a team to onboard, control, maintain, and report accurate stock counts of diverse client assets.

You will prepare jobs and equipment, keep stock controls up to date, and ensure goods are ready for dispatch while loading and unloading assets. Health & safety compliance and collaboration via cloud platforms are essential.

• Proven experience with manual handling and warehouse operations.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in stock and paperwork.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and organise workload.

• Prepare jobs and equipment within the warehouse.

Description

Position: Warehouse OperativeEmployment: Full Time

Purpose of Role

As a Warehouse Operative you will be directly reporting into the Warehouse & Logistics Manager working both alone and as part of a team to help onboard, control, maintain and report accurate stock count of a diverse set of client assets.

What you will be responsible for

• Preparation of jobs and equipment within the warehouse
• Ensure all stock controls are up to date.
• Prepare all goods for dispatch.
• Load and unload a diverse range of client assets.
• Ensure all goods are stored safely within the warehouse.
• General housekeeping within the warehouse
• Operating MHE, Counterbalance / Reach truck
• Using numerous cloud-based IT platforms to communicate within departments and clients.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines

What we are looking for

• Proven experience with Manual Handling
• Previous experience working within a warehouse
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and organise workload

Preferable Additions

• Reach FLT (advantageous)
