Job summary

Kinetic plc is seeking a Warehouse Operative in Derby, East Midlands. This temporary role involves unloading deliveries, checking quantities, packing and dispatching orders, and maintaining stock levels. A full UK driving licence is essential, with occasional 3.5-tonne van duties and potential permanent progression.

The job requires accuracy, numeracy, literacy, and a strong commitment to health and safety. Immediate start available with an ongoing temporary arrangement.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience.
• Full, clean UK driving licence – essential (occasional van driving).
• Experience driving a 3.5-tonne van with tail lift desirable.
• Counterbalance FLT licence and experience desirable but not essential.
• Good numeracy and literacy skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good understanding of manual handling practices.
• Reliable and flexible approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Unload deliveries and follow goods-in procedures.
• Check deliveries for quantity, quality and expiry dates.
