Job summary

Wolseley Group’s Plumb Centre in Dundee is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to join a busy branch. You’ll provide high levels of customer service, check goods in, and accurately pick and label items for customers and other branches.

This full-time, permanent role offers 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:00–17:00 with Saturday mornings on a 1/3 rota, plus a competitive salary, bonus potential and a range of benefits including annual leave, pension, healthcare access and employee discounts.

Responsibilities

• Providing a high level of customer service by supplying the correct materials.
• Checking goods-in are correctly delivered against delivery notes and goods are booked in on the system then put away accurately and safely.
• Accurately picking and labelling goods booked out to customers and other branches using the system ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed.
• Deputising for the Operations Supervisor or Manager as required.

As an Warehouse Assistant based in Dundee, you’ll be responsible for:

• Providing a high level of customer service by supplying the correct materials
• Checking goods-in are correctly delivered against delivery notes and goods are booked in on the system then put away accurately and safely
• Accurately picking and labelling goods booked out to customers and other branches using the system ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed
• Deputising for the Operations Supervisor or Manager as required

This is a full time time permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08.00am - 5.00pm and 4.30pm and Saturday mornings on a 1/3 rota basis 08.00am - 12.00pm.
