Responsibilities

• Receipting, issuing and returning stock.
• Identifying when materials need replenishing.
• Monitoring purchase requisitions ensuring suppliers receive purchase orders.
• Delivering to a number of sites throughout the Severn Trent network.

You’ll regularly liaise with Team Leaders to assist improvements with materials management and lead times to improve performance. Working with suppliers is key as you’ll raise any discrepancies of deliveries, damaged goods and quality control concerns. The role will be Shrewsbury based but you may be expected to cover and work in other regions in line with business needs so a valid driving licence is required.
