The Best Connection in Corby is seeking Warehouse Operatives for a temp-to-perm role. The position offers varied warehouse tasks, including picking, packing, and some heavy lifting, with shifts across early and late slots.

Pay starts at £13.68 per hour, rising to £20.52 after 37.5 hours, with additional rates on Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays. Ongoing work through 2026 with a Pension and other benefits are available.

• Experience in general warehouse duties is preferred.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and handle some heavy lifting.
• Familiarity with stock handling, packing, and order fulfilment.

Warehouse Operatives - Temp to Perm

LOCATION - Corby

£13.68 per hour | £20.52 after 37.5 hours

The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operatives with their global logistics and supply chain company that operates both freight management and contract logistics. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with excellent earning potential and long-term prospects.

About the Role

• General warehouse duties
• Picking & packing
• Some heavy lifting may be required
• Repacking items into jiffy bags

Working Hours

• Monday - Friday shifts
• Working Hours available are
  • 0600 - 1000
  • 0600 - 1400
  • 1400 - 1800
  • 1400 - 2200
  • 1800 - 2200

Pay

• £13.68 per hour
• £20.52 per hour overtime (after 37.5 hours worked)
• £20.32 per hour (when working on Saturdays)
• £27.36 per hour (when working on a Sunday or a Bank Holiday)
