The Best Connection Oxford is recruiting a Warehouse Operative (FLT Counterbalance) to join a busy spare parts facility in Chalgrove. You will pick and pack small parts and operate a Counterbalance forklift to move stock safely.

Previous warehouse experience and a valid Counterbalance FLT licence are essential. This temp-to-perm role offers an immediate start, weekly pay, and the chance to secure a long‑term position. Join a well‑established team with ongoing opportunities.

Location: Chalgrove

Pay: £14.42 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:45pm

Contract: Temp to Perm
