Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking an experienced FLT Operator to join a friendly warehouse team in Lancaster. Training will be provided; after training, rotating shifts with early and late options will apply. You will safely operate FLT Counterbalance, Bendi or Pivot trucks, load/unload goods, move stock, pick and pack orders, and maintain a clean, safe workplace.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience.
• Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (Bendi/ Pivot/ Reach advantageous).
• Strong awareness of health and safety procedures.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable, punctual and proactive approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Operating FLT Counterbalance, Bendi or Pivot trucks safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading vehicles in line with operational requirements
• Moving stock accurately throughout the warehouse
• Picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch
• Carrying out goods-in and goods-out duties
• Completing daily FLT safety checks and reporting any defects
• Assisting with stock control and inventory checks
• Ensuring products are stored correctly and warehouse locations are maintained
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures and company policies
• Supporting the wider warehouse team to achieve productivity targets

Working Hours

Training Period:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm

After Training: Rotating shifts:

• Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:00pm


• Monday to Friday, 12:00pm - 8:00pm

Key Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Operating FLT Counterbalance, Bendi or Pivot trucks safely and efficiently

What We're Looking For
