Job summary

The Best Connection is recruiting a General Operative with a valid Counterbalance FLT licence to join a client in the Dudley area. This role offers full-time or part-time hours and an immediate start for suitable candidates.

Typical duties include operating a Counterbalance forklift, loading/unloading deliveries, stock movement, packing and order preparation, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• Has a valid Counterbalance FLT licence.
• Experience in warehouse or production is advantageous.
• Reliable with a positive attitude to work.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Counterbalance Forklift safely.
• Load and unload deliveries.
• Move stock and materials within warehouse/site.
• Carry out general warehouse and production duties.
• Pick, pack and prepare orders.

Location: Dudley Area

Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm

Working Pattern: Full-time (5 days per week) or Part-time (Monday, Wednesday & Friday)

The Best Connection is currently recruiting for a General Operative with a valid Counterbalance FLT licence to join one of our established clients in the Dudley area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual looking for either full-time hours or a flexible part-time arrangement.

Duties Include:

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Moving stock and materials around the warehouse/site
• General warehouse and production duties
• Picking, packing and preparing orders
• Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
• Assisting with other duties as required

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds a valid Counterbalance FLT licence
• Previous warehouse or production experience is advantageous
• Reliable with a positive attitude to work
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
