Job summary

Carlsberg Britvic is recruiting a Warehouse Operative for our Burton site. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will unload inbound stock, operate FLT and clamps, and ensure safe handling throughout shifts.

The role is permanent and 40 hours per week on a rotating 8am-4pm or 4pm-12am pattern, Monday to Friday, with flexibility for extra hours as required. Benefits include product allowances, private medical, life assurance, company bonus, and generous holiday.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Counterbalance FLT licence.
• Experience using FLT in a warehouse environment.
• Experience working within a warehouse for an FMCG business.
• Customer service experience is desirable.
• Ability to perform manual handling safely.

Responsibilities

• Unloading inbound stock.
• Unloading HGV on return.
• Using an FLT and Clamp Truck to move stock safely.
• Applying safe manual handling techniques when loading/unloading HGV.
• Upholding health and safety procedures at all times.

About the role:

If you are interested in joining our journey, we are now recruiting for a Warehouse Operative. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this role will play a key part in our success journey, and you will have the opportunity to be involved in the following:

Role Responsibilities:

• Unloading inbound stock.
• Unloading HGVupon return.
• Using an FLT and Clamp Truck to safely move stock.
• Using safe manual handling techniques when loading and unloading HGV.
• Holding health and safety at the forefront of all procedures

Experience and Key Attributes:

• Current and valid Counterbalance FLT Licence
• Experience using FLT
• Experience working within a warehouse for an FMCG
• Customer Service
• Manual Handling
