Job summary

Nestle Purina in Coleshill, near Birmingham, is seeking an experienced warehouse operative to join as a Warehouse Colleague. You will handle picking, loading and unloading orders to ensure smooth warehouse operations and timely deliveries.

This full-time, permanent role offers rotating shifts (06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–06:00) across five of seven days, with a salary of £27,364.48 plus holiday pay, pension, healthcare and various discounts.

• Previous warehouse experience.
• MHE experience including counterbalance, LLOP and PPT equipment.

Responsibilities

We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Colleagues to join our team at Nestle Purina in Coleshill, Hams Hall. You will play a key role in the smooth and efficient running of the warehouse, preparing, loading and unloading customer orders.

This is a full time, permanent role. You will be working in Any 5 out of 7 rotating shifts, 06:00 - 14:00, 14:00 - 22:00 & 22:00 - 06:00.

What you'll do on a typical day:

• Accurately picking of customer orders
• Loading/unloading vehiclesand completing associated paperwork
• Replenishing stock, including stock rotation and pallet top-ups
• Completingadmin tasksusing warehouse management systems
• Working to a high standard of accuracy and productivity in all tasks
• Complying with agreed procedures to ensure a safe and legal working environment

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Previous warehouse experience
• MHE experience, including counterbalance, LLOP, and PPT equipment, or the ability to operate safely and efficeintly in a fast-paced environment
