Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Coleshill is seeking a warehouse operative to join the Nestle Purina site. You will handle picking, loading and unloading orders, stock replenishment and admin tasks in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a full-time permanent role with rotating shifts (6:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00 and 22:00–06:00) across any 5 out of 7 days. Benefits include health care, pension, training, and extensive employee discounts.

• Experience with MHE including counterbalance, LLOP and PPT.

We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Colleagues to join our team at Nestle Purina in Coleshill, Hams Hall. You will play a key role in the smooth and efficient running of the warehouse, preparing, loading and unloading customer orders.

This is a full time, permanent role. You will be working in Any 5 out of 7 rotating shifts, 06:00 – 14:00, 14:00 – 22:00 & 22:00 – 06:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Accurately picking of customer orders
• Loading/unloading vehicles and completing associated paperwork
• Replenishing stock, including stock rotation and pallet top-ups
• Completing admin tasks using warehouse management systems
• Working to a high standard of accuracy and productivity in all tasks
• Complying with agreed procedures to ensure a safe and legal working environment

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Previous warehouse experience
• MHE experience, including counterbalance, LLOP, and PPT equipment, or the ability to operate safely and efficeintly in a fast-paced environment
