Proman in Tyseley, Birmingham is looking for Warehouse Operatives to join a fast‑growing fulfilment operation. You will pick, pack and dispatch orders using handheld scanners, with a 8:00am–4:00pm Mon–Fri shift and potential extended hours in peak periods.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and process customer orders using handheld scanning devices.
• Verify product information, including batch numbers and expiry dates.
• Pack and prepare orders for dispatch in line with company standards.
• Label parcels correctly and ensure timely shipment.
• Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.
• Report stock discrepancies and operational issues to supervisors.
• Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organised and compliant with safety standards.

Location: Tyseley, Birmingham (B11)

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm (with potential extensions to 6:00pm during peak periods)

About the Role

We are seeking motivated and dependable Warehouse Operatives to join a rapidly expanding fulfilment operation based in Tyseley, Birmingham. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment and possess a strong commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork.

As part of the warehouse team, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed, packed, and dispatched accurately while maintaining high operational and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
