Job summary

Pure Staff in Wolverhampton is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join a busy distribution team. You will handle goods, perform stock checks and support inventory processes in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

This ongoing role operates night shifts (18:00–03:00) with weekly pay, holiday entitlement up to 28 days pro-rata, and access to our perks scheme after your first payment. Previous warehouse experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months’ Warehouse Operative experience.
• Ability to lift and handle items safely.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and professional warehouse and distribution team based in Wolverhampton. This is an ongoing opportunity with a well‑established distributor of various goods operating across the Midlands.

This role suits an experienced Warehouse Operative who is comfortable working night shifts in a fast‑paced environment.

Your Role

As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:

• Receiving, checking and storing goods delivered to the central warehouse
• Picking, packing and preparing items for delivery to various sites
• Carrying out stock checks and maintaining accurate inventory records
• Supporting urgent operational stock requirements
• Assisting with basic administrative tasks
• Using computer‑based inventory and warehouse management systems
• Adhering to all Health & Safety procedures

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months’ Warehouse Operative experience
• Ability to lift and handle items safely in accordance with Health & Safety guidelines
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and able to work as part of a team

Pay & Shifts

• £12.81 per hour
• Monday – Friday
• 18:00 – 03:00
