Pure Staff are currently recruiting a Warehouse Operative to join our client based in Birmingham Saltly. The role involves working on metal processing machines, loading and unloading deliveries, and ensuring stock accuracy.

You will be part of a busy team, with a focus on safety, timely order preparation, and maintaining a clean warehouse. Full training provided, with weekly pay and potential temp-to-perm.

• Previous warehouse experience is essential.
• Good level of physical fitness for manual handling.
• Ability to work in a busy warehouse environment.
• Good attention to detail when picking and checking orders.

Responsibilities

• Operate metal processing machines.

Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our client based in Birmingham Saltly. Our client specialises in the supply and process high-performance materials like stainless steel, nickel, titanium, aluminium, and copper alloys for aerospace, defence, medical, and industrial sectors

Your Role

As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:

• working on Metal Processing machines
• Loading and unloading deliveries and goods.
• Checking incoming and outgoing stock for accuracy and quality.
• Preparing orders for dispatch and ensuring products are correctly labelled.
• Moving stock around the warehouse using appropriate equipment.
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised warehouse environment.
• Assisting with stock checks and inventory management.
• Working as part of a team to ensure customer orders are completed on time.
• Following all company health and safety procedures.
• Carrying out general warehouse duties as required.

Pay & Shifts

• £12.71 per hour
• Monday – Friday
• Day shifts – 07:30 – 16:00
