Job summary

PHOENIX Medical Supplies Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse Operative at our Belfast Depot. You will pick and assemble customer orders, ensuring accurate shipment of products to pharmacies, GPs, and hospitals.

The role runs 27.5 hours per week (Mon–Fri, 4:00pm–9:30pm) with a base rate of £12.82/hr, improving to ~£13.02/hr with supplements. Benefits include pension, health support, and training opportunities.

Warehouse Operative

Belfast

27.5 hours per week, working 4pm-9:30pm Monday to Friday

Base rate of £12.82 per hour, with time based supplements taking it to around £13.02 per hour

We’re looking for a Warehouse Operative to come join our Belfast Depot. In this role you will be helping support your local community’s health needs by delivering a high-quality supply chain service to our customers, who include pharmacies, GPs, and hospitals.

Job Responsibilities

• Accurately assemble and pick customer orders for shipment.
• Ensure the correct products are loaded and shipped on time.
• Meet productivity and quality standards while adhering to policies and legal requirements.

In this role you will be required to stand and walk for the majority of your shift, as well as needing to be able to lift (products up to 15kg), bend, twist, kneel, and crouch.
