Job summary

Phoenix UK Group is seeking a Warehouse Operative for its Portsmouth Depot. You will help assemble and pick orders, ensuring accurate shipments to pharmacies, GPs, and hospitals while supporting a community health-focused supply chain.

The role requires standing and walking most of the shift, with lifting up to 15 kg. Benefits include paid leave, pension, and training opportunities, with a part-time schedule of 20 hours Monday to Friday from 10:30 am to 2:30 pm.

Warehouse Operative

Portsmouth

20hours, working Monday to Friday from 10.30am-2:30pm

£12.82 base rate, plus regional supplements bringing it to £13.01 per hour

We’re looking for a Warehouse Operative to come join our Portsmouth Depot. In this role you will be helping support your local community’s health needs by delivering a high-quality supply chain service to our customers, who include pharmacies, GPs, and hospitals.

Job Responsibilities

• Accurately assemble and pick customer orders for shipment.

• Ensure the correct products are loaded and shipped on time.
• Meet productivity and quality standards while adhering to policies and legal requirements.

In this role you will be required to stand and walk for the majority of your shift, as well as needing to be able to lift (products up to 15kg), bend, twist, kneel, and crouch.
