Job summary

Phoenix UK Group is seeking a Warehouse Operative at the Birmingham Depot to support the local community’s health supply chain. You will pick and assemble customer orders and assist with loading shipments to pharmacies, GPs, and hospitals from Edison Road, Hams Hall Distribution Park, Coleshill.

Role involves standing and walking for most shifts, lifting up to 15kg, and following safety policies. Benefits include annual leave and pension provisions; casual hours with evening and weekend shifts

We’re looking for a Warehouse Operative to come join our Birmingham Depot. In this role you will be helping support your local community’s health needs by delivering a high-quality supply chain service to our customers, who include pharmacies, GPs, and hospitals.

Job Responsibilities

• Accurately assemble and pick customer orders for shipment.
• Ensure the correct products are loaded and shipped on time.
• Meet productivity and quality standards while adhering to policies and legal requirements.

In this role you will be required to stand and walk for the majority of your shift, as well as needing to be able to lift (products up to 15kg), bend, twist, kneel, and crouch.
