Job summary

PHOENIX Medical Supplies Ltd. seeks a Warehouse Operative for its Portsmouth Depot to support local healthcare distribution.

The role involves picking and packing orders, loading shipments, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness in a busy depot environment. You will stand/walk most of your shift, lift up to 15kg, and work Monday to Friday during the 10:30am–2:30pm slot, with a base rate of £12.82 and supplements up to £13.01 per hour.

Warehouse Operative

Portsmouth

20hours, working Monday to Friday from 10.30am-2:30pm

£12.82 base rate, plus regional supplements bringing it to £13.01 per hour

We’re looking for a Warehouse Operative to come join our Portsmouth Depot. In this role you will be helping support your local community’s health needs by delivering a high-quality supply chain service to our customers, who include pharmacies, GPs, and hospitals.

Job Responsibilities

• Accurately assemble and pick customer orders for shipment.
• Ensure the correct products are loaded and shipped on time.
• Meet productivity and quality standards while adhering to policies and legal requirements.

In this role you will be required to stand and walk for the majority of your shift, as well as needing to be able to lift (products up to 15kg), bend, twist, kneel, and crouch.
