Job summary

Quattro Resourcing Limited are recruiting for a Warehouse operative to work within a client’s site in Bedford. You will handle jet washing of hire equipment, loading/unloading stock from Vans, and assist around the yard whilst keeping areas clean to meet Health and Safety standards.

The role includes picking items and managing goods in/goods out. A great working mentality and a desire to develop within the business are essential; forklift experience helps, and a Counterbalance licence is

Qualifications

• Forklift experience is preferred for warehouse handling.
• Counterbalance licence is desirable but not essential.
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills are required.
• Health and safety awareness is required.
• A great working mentality with a willingness to grow within the business.

• Jet washing hire equipment

• Helping around the Yard
• Keeping the working area clean and tidy to avoid Health and Safety risks
• Picking items
• Goods in/goods out

Requirements:

• A great working mentality
• Forklift Experience (desireable but not essential)
• Aspirations to develop and grow within the business
• A Counterbalance licence is desired but not essential
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills
• A strict level of health and Safety awareness
• Must be physically fit due to the nature of product.

Monday to Friday, (predominantly warehouse based work) or (predominantly yard based work)

1 hour lunch and sometimes overtime may be required to meet customer demand which is paid as extra
