Job summary

Gap Personnel Limited in Severn Beach is recruiting 50 Warehouse Operatives on an ongoing temporary to permanent basis for a growing retail distribution centre. The site offers rotating day, late, and night shifts with various patterns.

Duties include goods in, picking, palletising, loading, despatch, and stock control, with a focus on health and safety. Reliable shift attendance and good English are required; prior similar experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Driving Lollop picking truck to assemble orders.
• Goods in, unloading, handballing.
• Booking stock onto warehouse management system.
• Palletising stock and putting away.
• Replenishment of stock locations.
• Loading HGV and goods out.
• Despatch and checking.
• Working to health and safety standards.

Our client based in Severn Beach are recruiting for 50 Warehouse Operatives on an ongoing, temporary to permanent basis.

The client is a growing retail business with a fantastic state of the art Distribution Centre & has an inclusive and diverse workforce. The site has staff rest areas with lockers provided & canteen with vending machines & microwaves.

Shifts available;

• 0600-1400/1400-2200 Rotating weekly
  • Shift Patterns Available: Sunday to Thursday / Monday to Friday / Tuesday to Saturday
• 2200-0600
  • Shift Patterns Available: Sunday to Thursday / Monday to Friday

Pay;

£13.81 for day or late shift

£17.26 Overtime after 37.5hours

£14.87 for Nights

£18.58 Overtime after 37.5hours

Christmas Bonus Payment, if you work 4 or more shifts per week £0.50 per hour worked in that week will be retained & paid in a Xmas bonus the week before Christmas.

Main Duties Include,
