Job summary

Routes To Work Limited is seeking a skilled Warehouse Supervisor for Eurocentral, Motherwell. You will lead the day shift team and the backshift, ensuring smooth daily warehouse operations and safety compliance.

The role features a 4 on, 4 off pattern with eligible hours from 6:00am–6:00pm or 6:00pm–6:00am, and a pay rate of £14.00–£14.80 per hour. Previous warehouse leadership experience is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, logistics or distribution roles.
• Prior supervisory or team-leader experience.
• Able to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong understanding of health and safety in warehouse settings.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and supporting warehouse operatives throughout the shift.
• Coordinating daily workloads and allocating tasks.
• Ensuring picking, loading and dispatch activities are completed efficiently.
• Monitoring productivity and supporting the team to achieve operational targets.
• Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and warehouse organisation.
• Supporting the training and development of team members.
• Identifying and reporting any operational issues.
