Rapier Employment is recruiting for an Operations Processor to join a busy warehouse in Aylesford. You will scan, sort and handle incoming and outgoing parcels, helping the site meet daily targets in a fast-paced logistics environment.

This is a temporary role with split shifts 07:30–09:30 and 16:30–20:00, paying £13.02 per hour. No formal warehouse experience required; training is provided and reliability, teamwork and attention to detail are valued.

About the Role

We are currently recruiting Operations Processors to join a busy warehouse operation based in Aylesford. This is a hands-on role involving the scanning, sorting, processing and handling of incoming and outgoing parcels. You will play an important part in ensuring shipments are processed accurately, safely and efficiently, helping the operation meet daily targets and deadlines. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have good attention to detail and be comfortable carrying out physical warehouse duties.
