Job summary

Pure Staff is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager in the Droitwich area of Worcestershire. The role commands full ownership of a busy warehouse operation within a building materials environment, with 75% floor-time and 25% admin and reporting. Salary is £35,000–£45,000 per annum DOE, plus a company vehicle, bonus and career progression opportunities.

Monday–Friday, 5:00am–2:00pm, permanent contract. You will lead the warehouse team, drive performance, manage stock control, goods-in, cutting

Qualifications

• Experience leading a warehouse team and day-to-day operations.
• Decisive leadership style with ability to enforce standards.
• Hands-on approach working alongside the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the warehouse team, including line management of the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Set weekly targets, monitor KPIs and address under performance.
• Oversee goods-in, stock locations and stock takes.
• Ensure materials are processed accurately and loads are ready on time.
• Maintain safe and clean warehouse environment.
