Job summary

Handley James Consulting Ltd is sourcing a Warehouse Operations Manager for a Powys site (Old Radnor vicinity). The role reports to the Operations Director and oversees goods-in to despatch, with a focus on safety, layout, and 3rd party courier liaison.

You will drive continuous improvement, lead a multi-disciplined warehouse team, and advance to Operations Director with a place on the SLT. Salary is between £50,000 and £65,000.

Qualifications

• Currently a warehouse manager or operations manager in a product distribution company.
• Experience leading a multi-disciplined team.
• Proven in process improvement and WMS/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the warehouse team to meet productivity targets.
• Improve layout of the facility to optimise space and flow.
• Manage full 360 warehouse operations from goods in to despatch.
