Yusen Logistics operates a busy Erith site and is recruiting a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead day-to-day activities, ensure safety and compliance, and drive cost-aware performance. The role includes coaching the team, handling recruitment, training, and performance, plus managing customer inquiries outside regular hours.

You will oversee facilities, contractor safety, and equipment checks while monitoring KPIs and delivering the agreed budget targets.

Qualifications

• Experience managing day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Strong supervisory/management experience in a logistics environment.
• Experience tracking, analysing and improving KPIs.
• Proficient in WMS and IT tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of HSE regulations and safe working practices.
• Experience conducting disciplinaries, grievances and investigations.
