Job summary

GSF Car Parts is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a team of Warehouse Operatives and Delivery Drivers. You will manage Goods In/Out, Returns and Stock Control, ensuring accurate picks, timely deliveries and efficient operations.

The role requires strong leadership, planning, and communication skills, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. 45-hour weeks, Mon-Fri with alternate Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Warehouse/Operations management experience in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to motivate and lead a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong planning and organisational abilities
• Calm under pressure and customer-focused
• Experience with warehouse processes and KPI reporting (PARC) optional

Responsibilities

• Oversee Goods In/Out, Returns and Stock Control to ensure smooth operations
• Organise picking/loading for timely deliveries and maintain accuracy against systems
• Develop solutions to operational challenges
• Support branch manager with holidays, sickness, weekly planning and driver coordination
• Assist GM with PARC KPI reporting and team development
