Job summary

Sainsbury's is seeking a proactive Team Manager to lead warehouse operations in our supply chain. You’ll oversee daily team activities, ensure safety, achieve performance standards, and collaborate with stores and other partners.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading a large team to deliver results.
• Strong knowledge of people management policies, safety, health and environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse teams' daily activities, including resource allocation, capability, and deployment.
• Deliver consistent business performance and standards across the end-to-end warehouse operation.
• Manage external relationships with various stakeholders, including stores.
• Identify efficiencies and continuous improvement opportunities to enhance operations.
• Monitor and implement compliance and support the People Plan using an HR business model.
