You will lead a data-driven team, focus on continuous improvement, and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and stores, all while upholding compliance and people-related initiatives within a fast-paced retail supply chain.

• Ability to improve processes and drive efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage the warehouse teams' daily activities, including resource allocation, capability, and deployment.
• Deliver consistent business performance and standards across the end-to-end warehouse operation.
• Manage and maintain external relationships with various stakeholders, including stores.
• Identify efficiencies and continuous improvement opportunities to enhance operations.
• Monitor and implement compliance and support the People Plan using an HR business model.
