Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, assign workloads and supervise teams to meet targets.
• Track KPIs like pick accuracy, productivity and on-time despatch.
• Drive lean improvements and standardise SOPs to reduce waste.
• Enforce SSOWs, conduct risk assessments and support safety audits.
• Coach Supervisors, plan succession and foster collaborative culture.
