Job summary

Anglian is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager for our Weybridge depot. You will oversee daily operations, manage inventory, and lead a small team to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfilment.

The candidate should have proven warehouse supervision experience, strong leadership, and familiarity with inventory software. Forklift certification is preferred but not required; a competitive salary and pension benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse supervision or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of inventory management software and basic computer skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Forklift certification (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
• Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfil orders accurately and on time.
• Train and mentor warehouse staff to maintain high standards of performance and safety.
• Implement and enforce warehouse procedures and protocols to optimize efficiency.
• Monitor equipment maintenance and report any issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment.
