Virani Food Products Limited in the United Kingdom seeks a Warehouse Lead to drive safe, efficient and cost-conscious warehousing aligned to production plans. You will own warehouse systems, stock accuracy and continuous improvement initiatives, collaborating with Factory Shift Managers to meet site objectives.

Responsibilities include managing inbound/outbound schedules, leading warehouse and hygiene teams, budgeting and KPI reporting, stock takes, and ensuring compliance with health and safety

Formación

• Proven ability to lead and develop warehouse teams.
• Experience managing warehouse performance and KPIs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Warehouse and Hygiene teams to meet production plans and service levels.
• Own warehouse systems, stock accuracy and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage inbound/outbound schedules and shop floor discipline.
• Report regularly on KPIs and ensure budget adherence.
