High school diploma or equivalent; advanced logistics certifications are a plus.
Extensive warehouse/distribution experience; 2+ years in a management role.
Strong leadership and communication; proficient in WMS and MS Office.
Familiarity with automotive parts distribution preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including order picking, packing, inventory control, and despatch.
Support Supervisors in organizing workloads and managing teams to meet daily targets.
Track and report on KPIs, such as pick accuracy, productivity, and on-time despatch rates.
Drive lean methodologies to reduce waste and improve productivity.
Enforce health and safety standards; conduct risk assessments and audits.
Coach Supervisors and develop high-potential staff for succession planning.
