Job summary

Revvity IDS in Boldon is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator for a full-time, permanent role working days Monday to Friday. You will manage packing and despatch, receipts, stock control, and interface with drivers to ensure accurate goods handover.

Applicants should have GCSEs in Maths/English/Science, familiarity with Word/Excel/Outlook, and at least 1 year in a similar environment. Fork Truck license is advantageous.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths, English and Science required.
• Fork Truck License is an advantage.
• 1+ year experience in a similar environment.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and operational databases.

Responsibilities

• Packing/dispatch of products in a timely manner to schedule.
• Receipt of incoming deliveries and accurate stocking.
• Liaison with drivers for correct goods handover.
• Maintenance/development of Quality System (ISO 9000/cGMP).
• Stock control for special shipping (e.g., Dry Ice).
• Regular cycle counts and housekeeping.
• Other ancillary duties.
