Job summary

IDS (a Revvity company) is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to join on a full-time, permanent basis. The role is Monday-Friday days.

Responsibilities include packing/dispatch, stock control, liaising with drivers and maintaining the ISO 9000/cGMP Quality System. A GCSE in Maths, English and Science is required; a Forklift license is advantageous. 1+ year in a similar environment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Educated to GCSE level in Maths, English and Science.
• Fork Lift Truck license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties with planning and organisation of department workload.
• Packing/dispatch of products to meet schedule.
• Protection of products against spoilage/deterioration.
• Receipting of incoming deliveries and liaison with drivers.
• Maintenance of ISO 9000/cGMP quality system.
• Liaison with other departments and WIP stock replenishment.
• Stock control for special shipping (Dry Ice) and cycle counts.
• Other duties as required.

Here at IDS (a Revvity company) we are currently looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to join us on a full-time, permanent basis. The role is Monday-Friday "days".

IDS are the leading in‑vitro diagnostic solution provider to the clinical and research laboratory markets. With over 30 years of expertise, we develop (in‑house), manufacture and market innovative and high‑quality immunoassays and instruments.

Principal Accountabilities

• Perform duties in accordance with the appropriate procedures and methods, by way of good planning and organisation of department workload
• Packing/dispatch of products in accordance with the appropriate procedures and methods, in a timely manner, to schedule
• Protection of products/materials against spoilage/deterioration
• Receipting of incoming deliveries
• Liaison with drivers, ensuring correct goods are handed over
• Maintenance/development of Quality System (ISO 9000/cGMP)
• Liaison with other departments
• Handling and disposing of waste products in line with company practices
• Replenishment of stock to appropriate departments (SIRF)
• Stock control of products required for special shipping i.e. Dry Ice
• Safe disposal of expired finished goods kits
• Good housekeeping
• Regular cycle counts
• Other ancillary duties

You will be comfortable working in a high‑paced, busy environment and will posses a lot of the following qualifications, skills/knowledge and experience:

Qualifications

• Educated to GCSE level in Maths, English and Science
• Fork Truck License is an advantage

• A knowledge of Warehouse functions, material control, packing and despatch
• A good knowledge of Microsoft packages with good computer and keyboard skills
• Good organizational skills
• Able to work to deadlines

• Flexible approach to work requirements

Experience

• 1+ year experience working in a similar environment
• Word, Excel, Outlook and Operational Databases
