Job summary

IDS is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator in Boldon for a full-time, permanent role. You will plan and organise the department workload, pack and dispatch products, and ensure proper handling of deliveries and stock.

The role requires GCSEs in Maths, English and Science, with forklift license being advantageous, and at least 1 year in a similar setting. The successful candidate will manage quality systems (ISO 9000/cGMP), liaise with drivers and other departments, and perform cycle counts and

Qualifications

• Educated to GCSE level in Maths, English and Science.
• Fork truck license is an advantage.
• 1+ year experience in a similar warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organise department workload.
• Pack/dispatch products to schedule.
• Protect products from spoilage/deterioration.
• Receive incoming deliveries.
• Liaise with drivers for proper handover.
• Maintain ISO 9000 / cGMP quality system.
• Liaise with other departments.
• Handle waste in line with company practices.
• Replenish stock to departments (SIRF).
• Stock control for special shipping (dry ice).
• Dispose of expired kits.
• Regular housekeeping and cycle counts.
• Perform other ancillary duties.
