Job summary

Randstad Construction and Property is seeking a Material Handler I to join the warehouse team in Loughborough. You will ensure goods are received, stored, picked, packed and shipped according to safety, quality and delivery standards, working 38 hours per week on a full-time basis.

Key responsibilities include receiving and put-away, picking and packing, dispatch and loading, plus contributing to continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S and Kaizen.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in warehouse operations (picking, packing, dispatch, or forklift driving).
• Ability to read, understand, and follow standard operating procedures in English.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries/returns and book into the warehouse management system.
• Pick and pack customer orders using picking lists and label for transit.
• Dispatch orders and load delivery vehicles according to manifest sequences.
• Participate in efficiency and quality improvements (5S/Kaizen) and maintain safety targets.
