Job summary

UBT is searching for a Warehouse Manager in Yeovil to oversee daily operations of their successful healthcare distribution business with a turnover nearing £30m. Responsible for leading a warehouse team, ensuring efficient stock control, and maintaining compliance with safety standards. The position offers uncapped progression, free on-site parking, and up to two free lunches per week. A salary range of £45,000 to £55,000 is provided, along with a culture that values individual contributions.

Qualifications

• Solid experience managing warehouse teams in distribution or fast‑moving environments.
• Ability to lead from the front and motivate team members.
• Organised, proactive, with a focus on cleanliness and efficiency.
• Comfortable under pressure with a strong emphasis on customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Run the day‑to‑day warehouse operation including goods‑in, picking, and packing.
• Lead and motivate a growing warehouse team.
• Oversee stock control and improve warehouse layout.
• Manage relationships with couriers to ensure delivery performance.
• Support compliance with MHRA and Health & Safety standards.
