Job summary

OSW in the UK is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to own day-to-day operations, optimise processes, and lead the UK warehouse to support our European expansion.

You will manage inbound/outbound, drive efficiency, ensure safety, coach the team, and partner with leadership to deliver outstanding service to customers in a fast-growing renewable energy business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing warehouse, logistics or operations teams.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience working with warehouse management systems or ERP software.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to analyse operational data and drive continuous improvement.
• Hands-on approach with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety and compliance.
• Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one if required).
• Experience in renewable energy or solar industry is an advantage but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead all warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound logistics.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock control and cycle counts.
• Coordinate transport, deliveries, collections and third-party logistics providers.
• Optimise warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor warehouse performance through KPIs and reporting.
• Lead, coach and develop the warehouse team.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and company standards.
• Resolve operational issues quickly while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Support IT asset management, onboarding and operational equipment where required.
• Work closely with the CEO to support the continued growth of the UK business.

About the Role

As Warehouse Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day warehouse operation, ensuring products are received, stored, and dispatched safely, accurately, and efficiently.
