Job summary

Eden Scott is recruiting for a Warehouse Manager in Edinburgh to lead a busy distribution operation. This role focuses on creating structure, improving processes and building high-performing teams across the warehouse and related fulfilment activities.

You will report into an international distribution leadership team and own warehouse, inventory and distribution functions supporting both B2B and direct-to-consumer channels. The role blends operational leadership with continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse leadership and managing distribution operations.
• Proven track record developing and motivating warehouse teams.
• Strong inventory control and stock accuracy knowledge.
• ERP and/or WMS experience and utilisation.
• Experience supporting high-volume e-commerce or B2B/B2C fulfilment.
• Continuous improvement mindset with a history of positive change.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse, fulfilment and distribution operations.

With a strong heritage and a growing direct-to-consumer operation, they're looking for a Warehouse Manager to take ownership of a busy distribution operation in Edinburgh.

The Opportunity

Reporting into an international distribution leadership team, you'll lead a warehouse, inventory and distribution function responsible for supporting both business-to-business and direct-to-consumer customers.

It's a role that combines operational leadership with continuous improvement. You'll have the freedom to challenge existing ways of working, optimise warehouse layouts, improve stock accuracy, enhance fulfilment performance and help create a culture where people are engaged, empowered and accountable.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading day-to-day warehouse, fulfilment and distribution operations.
