Job summary

OSW in the UK is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to own day-to-day operations in our growing European business. You will lead inbound and outbound logistics, optimise processes, and drive accuracy, safety and excellent service for customers.

You will work closely with the leadership team to build efficient operations, coach the warehouse staff and ensure compliance, while delivering cost-effective performance that supports OSW’s expansion across Europe.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading warehouse or logistics teams.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience with warehouse management systems or ERP software.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Hands-on, fast-paced environment prioritisation.
• Forklift licence preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead all warehouse operations, incl inbound/outbound logistics.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through stock checks.
• Coordinate transport, deliveries, collections and 3PL providers.
• Optimise layout and processes to cut costs.
• Monitor performance via KPIs and reporting.
• Lead, coach and develop warehouse team.
• Ensure health, safety and company standards compliance.
• Support IT asset management and onboarding.
• Work with CEO to grow UK business.

About the Role

As Warehouse Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day warehouse operation, ensuring products are received, stored, and dispatched safely, accurately, and efficiently. You'll work closely with the leadership team to optimise warehouse performance, improve processes, and deliver outstanding service to our customers.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll combine operational management with continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead all warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound logistics
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock control and cycle counts
• Coordinate transport, deliveries, collections and third-party logistics providers
• Optimise warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Monitor warehouse performance through KPIs and reporting
• Lead, coach and develop the warehouse team
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and company standards
• Resolve operational issues quickly while maintaining excellent customer service
• Support IT asset management, onboarding and operational equipment where required
• Work closely with the CEO to support the continued growth of the UK business

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing warehouse, logistics or operations teams
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Experience working with warehouse management systems or ERP software
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to analyse operational data and drive continuous improvement
• Hands-on approach with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety and compliance
• Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one if required)
• Experience within the renewable energy or solar industry is an advantage but not essential
