Job summary

OSW in the UK is seeking a Warehouse Manager to establish and lead our UK warehouse operations. You will manage day-to-day activities, ensuring inbound and outbound shipments are handled safely and efficiently.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong team development, KPI monitoring, safety compliance, and close collaboration with the CEO as OSW grows across Europe, driving continuous improvement and cost savings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing warehouse, logistics or operations teams.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience with warehouse management systems or ERP software.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to analyse operational data and drive continuous improvement.
• Hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety and compliance.
• Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one).
• Renewable energy or solar industry experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead all warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound logistics.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock control and cycle counts.
• Coordinate transport, deliveries, collections and third-party logistics providers.
• Optimise warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor warehouse performance through KPIs and reporting.
• Lead, coach and develop the warehouse team.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and company standards.
• Resolve operational issues quickly while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Support IT asset management, onboarding and operational equipment where required.
• Work closely with the CEO to support the continued growth of the UK business.

About the Role

As Warehouse Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day warehouse operation, ensuring products are received, stored, and dispatched safely, accurately, and efficiently. You'll work closely with the leadership team to optimise warehouse performance, improve processes, and deliver outstanding service to our customers.
