Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd seeks an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring safe handling of goods, accurate inventory, and team leadership to meet performance targets.

You will oversee receiving, storage, picking and dispatch, manage staff, and uphold health and safety standards while maintaining licensing and training records. Proficiency with WMS and KPI reporting is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Valid forklift certification and demonstrable experience in safe forklift operation.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Good understanding of inventory control practices and warehouse management systems.
• Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment and flexible with shift patterns where required.
• Strong focus on health & safety and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with lean / continuous improvement methodologies.
• Forklift training instructor experience or ability to train staff in forklift operation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on KPIs (turnaround times, accuracy, productivity, stock levels) and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Coordinate with transport, procurement and customer service to meet delivery schedules and service levels
• Oversee maintenance of warehouse facilities, equipment and PPE
