Job summary

The Bedford College Group is seeking a Training Coordinator in Warehouse/Logistics to join its Logistics department at Leighton Buzzard with travel to our sites in Northamptonshire and Bedfordshire.

You will deliver and assess work-based training, support learners, coordinate progress, and ensure compliance with awarding bodies. The role requires Level 3+ vocational qualification and assessor qualifications, and a commitment to safeguarding and health & safety.

Qualifications

• Communication, organisation and professional relationships
• Quality, performance and safeguarding awareness

Responsibilities

• Deliver and assess work-based training for learners in warehouse/logistics
• Coordinate learner induction, progress reviews and workplace assessments
• Maintain learner records and ensure compliance with awarding bodies
• Engage employers and tutors, identify new business opportunities
• Contribute to CPD and promote safeguarding, health and safety

Education

Relevant Level 3+ vocational qualification

Assessor qualifications (or equivalent)
