Job summary

KM Recruitment is seeking a skilled Warehousing & Waste Management Trainer / Assessor to deliver accredited training and workplace assessments at Centre based locations. The role covers warehousing and waste management qualifications up to Level 3, with a focus on engaging learners and tailoring delivery.

The ideal candidate holds an assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA), has hands-on experience in warehousing and waste management, strong organisational skills, and a valid UK driving

Qualifications

• Hold a recognised Assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA).
• Experience delivering engaging training/workshops or assessments in warehousing and waste management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and workplace assessments for warehousing and waste management qualifications up to Level 3.
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learners’ needs.
• Monitor learner attendance and progress through regular assessments and reviews.
• Engage and motivate learners to realise their potential through energetic training and assessments.
• Follow schemes of work while personalising delivery to be encouraging and motivating.
