Qualifications

• Holds a Level 3+ vocational qualification, assessor qualifications (or equivalent), with strong sector experience.
• Able to deliver training based on current industry practices and assess learners effectively.
• Committed to safeguarding, health and safety, and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Work-Based Learning Delivery & Assessment - deliver and assess training for work-based learners and provide regular feedback.
• Learner Support & Progress Management - coordinate induction, learning plans, monitor progress and conduct workplace visits.
• Quality Assurance & Compliance - maintain learner records, track attendance, ensure evidence meets awarding body requirements.
• Employer Engagement & Stakeholder Collaboration - build relationships with employers and tutors, identify new business opportunities.
• Professional Standards & College Values - contribute to CPD, uphold safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion.
