Role: Warehouse & Logistics Manager

Location: Stoke-on-Trent, United Kingdom

Reports to: Operations Director

The role:

As Warehouse & Logistics Manager, you will ensure the smooth, effective, and safe storage and delivery of our products. You will lead a team, optimize routes across London, and ensure timely and perfect delivery of our beer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage warehouse staff and drivers
• Oversee stock control, ensuring FIFO practices and accurate inventory management (Breww)
• Plan and optimize delivery routes across London
• Manage third-party contractors and shipping partners
• Ensure health & safety compliance and maintenance
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
• Conduct weekly stock counts and monitor stock levels
• Collaborate with HR on team development
• Drive performance through KPIs and process improvements

You are an organized, adaptable leader who thrives under operational challenges and can prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. You are hands-on, calm under pressure, and proficient with technology systems.
