Role: Warehouse & Logistics Manager

If you are a logistics expert with strong leadership skills, this is your chance to oversee the movement of our beer from brewery to bar — safely, efficiently, and with excellence.

The role

As our Warehouse & Logistics Manager, you will ensure the effective, safe storage and delivery of our beer. Your responsibilities include managing a small warehouse team, optimizing delivery routes across London, and ensuring our products arrive on time, in full, and in perfect condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage warehouse staff and drivers
• Oversee stock control, ensuring FIFO practices and accurate inventory systems (Breww)
• Plan and optimize delivery routes across London
• Manage third-party contractors and shipping partners
• Ensure health & safety compliance and equipment maintenance
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and structural integrity
• Conduct weekly stock counts and monitor for out-of-stock risks
• Collaborate with HR for team development
• Drive performance through KPIs and process improvements

You are an organized, adaptable leader who thrives on operational challenges and can prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. You are hands-on, calm under pressure, and proficient with IT systems.
