Role: Warehouse & Logistics Manager

If you're a logistics expert with strong leadership skills, this is your chance to oversee the movement of our beer from brewery to bar — safely, efficiently, and with excellence.

The role:

As our Warehouse & Logistics Manager, you'll ensure the smooth, effective, and safe storage and delivery of our beer. Leading a small team and optimizing routes across London, your goal is to ensure our products arrive on time, in full, and in perfect condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage warehouse operatives and drivers
• Oversee stock control, ensuring accurate FIFO practices and up-to-date inventory systems (Breww)
• Plan and optimize delivery routes across London
• Manage third-party contractors and shipping partners
• Champion health & safety across all operations — daily compliance, checks, and equipment maintenance
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and structural integrity
• Conduct weekly stock counts and monitor potential out-of-stock (OOS) risks
• Collaborate with HR for team development
• Drive performance through KPIs and continuous process improvement
