ROLE: Warehouse & Logistics Manager

START: ASAP

CONTRACT: Permanent, full time

LOCATION: Chesterfield, United Kingdom

REPORTS TO: Operations Director

If you are a logistics expert with strong leadership skills, this is your opportunity to oversee the safe, efficient movement of our beer from brewery to bar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage warehouse operatives and drivers
• Oversee stock control, ensuring accurate FIFO practices and inventory management (Breww)
• Plan and optimise delivery routes across London
• Manage third-party contractors and shipping partners
• Ensure health & safety compliance across operations
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation, and safety standards
• Conduct weekly stock counts and monitor out-of-stock risks
• Collaborate with HR for team development
• Drive performance through KPIs and process improvements

You are an organised, adaptable leader who thrives in fast-paced environments. You are hands-on, calm under pressure, and proficient with IT systems.
