ROLE: Warehouse & Logistics Manager

REPORTS TO: Operations Director

We are looking to expand our team and bring in a new Warehouse & Logistics Manager to join our energetic team. If you’re a logistics expert with strong leadership skills, this is your chance to oversee the movement of our beer from brewery to bar — safely, efficiently, and with excellence.

The role:

As our Warehouse & Logistics Manager, you’ll ensure the smooth, effective, and safe storage and delivery of our beer. From leading a small warehouse team to optimizing routes across London, your goal is to ensure our products arrive on time, in full, and in perfect condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage warehouse staff and drivers
• Oversee stock control, ensuring accurate FIFO practices and inventory updates (Breww)
• Plan and optimize delivery routes across London
• Manage third-party contractors and shipping partners
• Ensure health & safety compliance and equipment maintenance
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and structural integrity
• Conduct weekly stock counts and monitor potential out-of-stock risks
• Support team development in collaboration with HR
• Drive performance through KPIs and process improvements
